I wouldn't use it, but I can see how some people would like it--so +1.

I would because it only "defaults" the tagging of them I would hope when you have it on (basically assigns the tags to the unassigned tags only). So when you have those rare exploits you can still tag them correctly yourself. If it ends up overriding what you have set manually then no I wouldn't bother with it either.

For scrims maybe, but teams should do their own tagging for reg season and PO games

Very similar, and gives even more good reasons to implement this, such as days when scrims would be hard to tag, coordinators on vacation, etc.
